Shipping & Pickup Policy

Pickup Only
We currently offer pickup only. Delivery is not available at this time, and we expect to offer freight again soon. Orders can be placed from anywhere in Australia, but must be collected from our Epping, Victoria warehouse.

Processing Time
Orders are usually ready for pickup within 2-4 business days of payment confirmation. During busy periods this may take slightly longer, and we’ll let you know if there’s a delay.

Warehouse Pickup
Pickup is from 75 Willandra Drive, Epping VIC 3076.

Pickup hours:
Mon-Thurs, 8am-3pm AEST
Friday, 8am-1:30pm AEST

Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to confirm. Please wait for our confirmation before coming to collect your order, and bring your order number.

Because our products are large panel and sheet materials, please make sure you have a suitable vehicle to transport them.

Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order at pickup, before you leave the warehouse. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us as soon as possible at salesaustralia@filippi1971.com or (03) 9436 5111 so we can resolve it quickly. See our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
